I know that it is the exam period and everyone had been working very hard but never mind just use these method to release stress.
1) My first method is quite useful,that is eating ice-cream.Choose any flavour but do not eat it every time as it is not that healthy.
2)You can talk to your family members and friends perhaps during dinner or you can also talk to the tinkle friend helpline.
3)You can be sporty for that day.You can run or play basketball or you also can cycle.The point is that you must sweat.
4)Take a refreshing shower,the best with cold water.P.S. Do not take a shower after playing or when you are sweating profusely.
