Hi again, i am feeling very bored as like idk what to do even though my exams are coming haha
I guess i will write sth inspirational today,
or mabye not haha
Anyways I know that exams are coming for most of us and that students like us will be very stressed, read my previous posts if you wanna deal with those
Anyway just a little tip,
Drink loads of water and eat enough food to stay fit and healthy, please do not fall sick even if you want to you can after the exams.
Still you must excercise even if you are busy with studying and all, like at least a 10 mins jog or sth at least fortnightly, you must still keep fit and keeping fit and excercising is also good to destress and also helps in remembering stuffs, however dont excesise too much until you fall sick or faint just a little run or jog will do.
Importantly, you must study study and study, but not too much remember to have enough rest and sleep and dont ever burn the midnight oil, it will not make you smarter and all
Also prepare prepare and prepare, please prepare all the necessity stuffs you need to bring the night b4 like pens pencil,paper and all the stuffs you should know if you dont ask your teacher or friends in school.
Most importantly, remember to sleep early b4 your exams and you must have enough sleep even though you dont feel like sleeping and you must sleep nicely and have a good nights rest in order to be alert the next day and to perform the best for your paper and all, of course do not over sleep and like be late for school or the paper, if you come late to school but you are still in time for the paper you will still feel sth missing and will not be in your top performance.
So good luck for exams everyone and do your best which is the most important of all
